The other day I got the idea to put my old 5" Marz single crown on the Banshee. I also set the rear suspension down to 6" and took it for a spin down the street. It felt like riding a new bike. Lightened it up 5 pounds. It felt like the geometry of my dj'er but with some squish. Very agile. Had to scrap the idea though because the steerer tube is about an inch too short and was only being held on by one bolt...couldn't even screw the top cap on to the star nut. So I guess I'll still be buying a whole new bike someday.
